Introduction:

Today we had the pleasure of interviewing Tim Brink, Chief Executive Officer at Mechanical Contractors Association of America (MCAA).

Prior to our conversation, we were unaware of the fact that the Construction industry has one of the highest rates of death by suicide of all industries in the United States, about four times higher than the general population.
